‘I requested the expertise of Kids VIP to advise me on some health and safety issues within our current visits hall, and to assist in the design of the new children and families room within the new build plans. They responded quickly to my request and made an initial contact visit. They assisted with the immediate problems of health and safety and also introduced me to some resources to equip the new room, which featured in my budget bid. They then made a follow up visit to work with me on the layout design and features and to provide policy and practice advice.
